Among its premium products, Stainless Steel 347/347H Forged Fittings stand out for their exceptional performance in high-temperature and corrosive applications. Engineered with precision and produced using advanced forging techniques, these fittings ensure superior strength, dimensional accuracy, and long-term reliability. Ranya Stainless focuses on consistent quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, making it a preferred partner for industries seeking durable and heat-resistant forged fittings capable of withstanding rigorous operating conditions.
Stainless Steel 347/347H Forged Fittings are stabilized austenitic stainless steels composed of 17–19% chromium, 9–13% nickel, and enhanced with columbium (niobium) for improved carbide stabilization. Grade 347H contains higher carbon content, offering superior high-temperature strength and creep resistance. These fittings provide excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, oxidation, and thermal fatigue. Mechanically, they offer strong tensile and yield strength, good elongation, and stability under elevated temperatures. Their robust structure and resistance to scaling make them suitable for operations that involve heat cycling and continuous thermal exposure.
